Welcome to Oar Peak. By accessing our website or booking any of our trekking, rafting, climbing, tours, or adventure activities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The required deposit or full payment has been received.
• You receive a written booking confirmation from Oar Peak.
• You provide all necessary personal and travel information required for your trip.

Oar Peak reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. Payments

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
• Additional charges resulting from changes requested by the client may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Oar Peak in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and any non-refundable costs already incurred, including permits, accommodation, transportation, and third-party service fees.

If you fail to join the trip without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Adventure travel is subject to changing conditions.

Oar Peak reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Road closures
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Government regulations
• Safety concerns
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Any itinerary changes will be made with the safety and well-being of our guests as the highest priority.
